1. Winnerflow and demo;

2. Surge wave comb;

3. Optimum fetal positioning/body balancing class,

4. Breastfeeding intro,  understanding baby cues.

5. 2-3 hour refresher at the end of your pregnancy, primarily to clarify and answer questions, go over key concepts. 

This is normally on zoom.
